Evaluations are clinical visits intended to assess whether medical cannabis may be appropriate based on medical history, symptoms, and safety considerations.
Booking an appointment does not guarantee that a certification will be issued. Providers make individualized decisions based on clinical judgment and applicable law. Patients may be asked to complete intake forms or provide relevant medical records before the visit.
Telehealth or in-person options may be available depending on location, provider availability, and regulatory requirements.
