Before You Book

Please ensure you are physically located in Virginia at the time of your appointment. Services are provided via secure telehealth unless otherwise specified.

Appointments are available as early as same day, subject to availability.

Payment is required to secure your appointment. As appointment times are reserved exclusively for you, missed visits or no-shows will be charged the full appointment fee. Please review our Cancellation/Refund Policy for additional details.

After Scheduling

Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email and/or text

  • Intake forms to complete prior to your visit

  • Instructions for uploading any relevant records or documentation

All intake forms must be completed before your appointment to avoid delays or cancellation.

During Your Visit

Appointments are conducted via secure video visit.
Please join from a quiet, private location with a stable internet connection.

Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email or by contacting us directly.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

  • Completion of an evaluation does not guarantee certification or approval; all decisions are made based on clinical judgment and Virginia law.

  • We do not provide emergency or crisis services. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
