Welmivia offers physician-led mental health consultation and medical evaluation delivered via secure telehealth for adults across Virginia.

Appointments are reserved in advance and conducted directly by a licensed Medical Doctor. Each evaluation includes a structured review of medical and psychiatric history, current concerns, treatment goals, and relevant clinical context.

Depending on the service selected, evaluations may include medication optimization consultation, documentation review, or assessment for adjunctive treatment pathways — including medical cannabis eligibility under Virginia law.

Please note that clinical recommendations and certifications are issued only when medically appropriate and consistent with professional standards.

Welmivia operates as an independent, private-pay practice. Fees are due at the time of scheduling.
